Is it possible to set the locale for a spinner widget so it can handle ","
rather than a "."?

spinner locale

I think number with comma is not recognized as decimal number with the current spinner.I think it would be nice if the user can have more flexibility to choose whether dot or comma in number as decimal number. I have added this into our issue tracking system as a feature request.
