The Client Edition demos, including the Feature Explorer, are available for download from Client Edition Demos. As shown in the figure, a link to download the ZIP is available for each demo, including the Feature Explorer:

Note: Once you have downloaded a demo, you should extract it to an appropriate folder (such as "demos") within your local development environment, as recommended in the Installation Video Tutorial.
